What do you mean it makes noise?

it makes the ping sound thing. like when you get a coin, I don't have any games to test it out though. But it turns on, red light comes on, makes the ping sound and screen has a bar come down with the rights reserved R. Other than the point everything on the leatherman is fine. It has scissors, can opener, file, phillips head, two straits, file, knife with serrated part and I just noticed one of the tools is broken dunno what it was but it doesn't affect it.
